Aska Lagodko

Aska Lagodko is a Registered Nurse with more than 16 years of experience in aesthetics. She holds a Bachelor of Medical Science, majoring in Anatomy, giving her a sophisticated understanding of facial structure, tissue behaviour, and skin physiology. Her early career began in forensic medicine, where she developed sharp clinical judgment and meticulous attention to detail. She later moved into cosmetic medicine, driven by a desire to support confidence and help patients feel at ease in their own skin. In 2006, Aska established her first cosmetic clinic—one of Sydney’s earliest centres dedicated to non-surgical cosmetic treatments and skin-focused care. Over nearly two decades, she has become a respected educator, having trained nurses and doctors across Australia and internationally. Aska has held senior roles including Lead Clinical Trainer for Galderma and is currently a Key Opinion Leader for Teoxane Australia. She is also the founder of ACMAS (Academy of Cosmetic Medicine and Science), an education platform designed to guide and mentor clinicians entering the aesthetics field. Known for her precision, integrity, and patient-centred approach, Aska continues to champion safe, ethical, and evidence-based cosmetic practice throughout the industry.
